Ikos Odisia is one of the latest additions to the collection and is in a secluded position in the same bay along from sister hotel Ikos Dassia.
It offers families and couples a complete resort experience, featuring the Ikos signature luxury all-inclusive concept (Unconditional Luxury™). There are sleek standard rooms, Junior Suites and One Bedroom Bungalow Suites, perfect for those with a larger family, with many of the accommodations nestled in gardens amidst the pretty grounds.
Menus are curated by Michelin starred chefs, meaning service and dining are of a very high quality. Ikos Odisia allows many dining options including six à la carte restaurants, a buffet and a dine-out experience. Of special note is the daily replenished mini-bar, 24-hour in-room dining and continuous all-day beach and pool service. Additionally, a selection of cocktails, internationally branded spirits and fine wines are also available.
For those looking to unwind you can be pampered at the Anne Semonin Spa. For the more energetic guests there’s tennis (three floodlit courts), a football academy, mountain biking or water sports on the pale sandy beach stretching 420m.
Ikos Odisia provides an adults-only section on the beach, which offer a quiet and peaceful area to relax. For families there is a children’s splash pool and even beach childcare services.
If you want to explore the local area the property is only 25 minutes from Corfu town with its lovely little winding streets, restaurants and shops. In our view it will become the jewel in the crown of the group, but its still young and that meant a few glitches. Unreliable communication between reception and the restaurants, sometimes a long wait for buggy transport, and a very patchy turn down service. However, the restaurants were fantastic, the food out of this world, the waterside location of the restaurants romantic!! The beaches were also excellent. Comfortable beds and first class beach service. Having been to a number of Ikos resorts, we mentioned our disappointment to the management that unlike other hotels in the group there was no attempt to create spaces at pools and restaurants for people travelling without children. Subsequently there was a great deal of navigating around prams and crying babies! Finally the restaurants used for the “dine out” experience were awful. Poor food and poor locations. My advice is stay in the resort and enjoy first rate cuisine.

The views out from this hotel are stunning and the hotel layout and appearance are excellent. This is our 2nd stay at an Ikos hotel having stayed at Andalusia last year which was absolutely superb.. As a new hotel, Odisia felt that some of the staff lacked experience particularly at the main buffet restaurant. There were a couple of great pool staff, Jack and Kristina?, and the individual restaurant staff and quality of food were excellent. Rooms were a good size and very clean. There were a few little issues that would be easy to resolve and were minor but irritating based on our expectation of an Ikos resort. I would revisit Andalusia without hesitation but unlikely to return to Odisia despite an excellent holiday overall.
