GENERAL QUERIES

Financial Security - Is my money fully protected?
Yes. We are an ATOL bonded tour operator so when you book with us you can be reassured that your money is 100% safe.

All the flight-inclusive holidays on this website are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. When you pay you will be supplied with an ATOL Certificate. Please ask for it and check to ensure that everything you booked (flights, hotels and other services) is listed on it. What about if I just want to just book hotel only, would that be ATOL protected?
The CAA's ATOL protection scheme is for package holidays that include an air element, therefore hotel only arrangements cannot be protected in this way. However, for your total protection we have arranged to financially protect these bookings by means of a trust account with Protected Trust Services.

Where can I find the best prices and special offers?
Not all our prices and special offers are available online so if you can't find what you are looking for please call us. We know the best way of combining the very latest special offers to your advantage or advising when is the most cost effective time to stay at a hotel.

Where can I find out about children’s facilities?
Call us. We are very clued up about our portfolio of hotels and add information to our website on a daily basis. We send every member of the team to the hotels we sell in Europe which means you can talk to a consultant with a personal and very recent experience of the hotel you are interested in.

Can you help me with ideas?
Yes. We are happy to provide recommendations or holiday ideas to help you make a decision. Just give us the brief and we can make instant suggestions. If you have any queries throughout the booking process or would like to make any additions such as spa treatments, golf, tours, car hire or dinner reservations please feel free to call a member of the team.

Do you have a brochure?
Yes. Our ‘Luxury Hotels’ brochure is published each year and showcases the very best hotels we have to offer you.

Can I see a photograph of the actual room I want to book?
We provide as many room images of each hotel/resort that we can, but please note that these are provided only as a guide to the furnishings and the style of the particular property. If you would like to see a photograph of a particular room type please contact us and we will do our utmost to provide one.

Do you provide passport, visa and health requirements on your website?
Currently we do not publish in-depth information on our site, however you may wish to visit the websites on our links page that contain specific advice & information. Please note, however, that it is the ultimate responsibility of the traveller to ensure that their passport, visa and health requirements are valid for the country that they are visiting.

Do you provide travel insurance?
We do not offer travel insurance. However we strongly advise that you take out a policy of insurance in order to cover you and your party against the cost of cancellation by you; the cost of assistance (including repatriation) in the event of accident or illness; loss of baggage and money; and other expenses.

What assistance do you offer disabled clients?
Travelbeam is not a specialist in providing accommodation for disabled clients. However we can give general advice about the suitability of particular properties for disabled or infirm clients or those with any special requirements. To help us ensure that any accommodation is suitable we will ask that specific information about any medical condition or disability be provided to us in writing before a booking is made. If you have serious disability, we recommend that you seek advice from a specialist tour operator.

ONLINE BOOKING QUERIES

Can I book a flight inclusive package online?
Yes, but not all airlines are available online.

Can I book interconnecting rooms online?

No. If you need to book interconnecting rooms please call us. We have special relationships with the properties we sell enabling us to confirm interconnecting rooms at the time of booking.

Can I book transfers online?
Yes, transfers can be booked during the booking process.

When will I receive my confirmation and tickets?
We will send confirmation documents out to you within 24 hours by email (normally instantly). We will send travel documents out to you by post up to 2 weeks prior to your travel date (except for late bookings).

Is there any minimum stay requirement?
Most of the hotels we feature have a minimum stay requirement of 2-3 nights. Sometimes, particularly at busy periods, certain hotels have a minimum stay requirement of 5-7 nights.

How do I log in to my account?
Currently, we do not offer the facility to log in to your account online, but this is something that is coming soon.
