The most attentive staff we have ever experienced anywhere in the world. Nothing was too much trouble. The resort was too busy for us and we found the music around the bars, pool and night club far too much and heard music beats in our room until 3am most nights The food was fabulous, beaches clean and sports facilities excellent.

Ikos Dassia was the best holiday we have ever had. True luxury from start to finish, from the service, food and resort itself. Kate and Sheree, from Travelbeam, were amazing sorting everything out for our holiday from answering all my questiosn to trying to get the best price. The service that Travelbeam offer is outstanding and we are now planning our next holiday at Ikos Dassia through Travelbeam.

This was a great hotel with great facilities and restaurants. The staff also couldn’t have been more helpful and kind. The only thing I would comment on was the lack of gates on the children areas, such as the play area and the kids pool. Steps lead up to the play area so would’ve been handy to have a gate on to stop my toddler running out, and similarly for the kids pool, he could easily make a run for the main pool, saying that my daughter who is 4 was fine, so probably just because he’s so young (15 months). Accommodation was great and the food was all delicious, loved having water activities included too!

We had an incredible week in IKOS Dassia- the service was the best I have ever experienced. The staff are so friendly, welcoming and warm and nothing was too much trouble. The facilities are pristine and so comfortable and the food was of such high quality – we were really blown away. The weather was a bit mixed so I’m not sure we would take the risk again for an Easter break however the costs are so extortionate in the Summer that we could not justify. That would be the only reason we would not return. I was very impressed with travelbeams support in the booking of holiday and would definitely be in touch for future holidays.

We thought long and hard but we really couldn’t fault a thing! The hotel, gardens and pools were so well maintained. The range and quality of the food in the restaurants was excellent as was the service provided be ALL the staff – they are a credit to the Ikos brand. It makes it hard to consider other hotels when you have sampled Ikos.

Wow! This was our 2nd visit in September to IKOS Dassia, and have already booked a third for next September. The hotel is one of the best we’ve stayed in but the staff are even better! Can’t recommend this hotel highly enough. You out there, get booking!

Excellent facilities, lovely and clean. Great staff and service. Only thing that we would really comment on is that there is nuts in nearly everything and our daughter has a nut allergy; and also our family room was rather disappointing as the second room had a view of a wall and no balcony.

Simply the most amazing week.
Everything was perfect – from the minute the beautifully packaged travel documents arrived to sadly leaving this wonderful hotel.
On arrival a lovely, friendly relaxed greeting to put you at ease with a glass of bubbly. Throughout the whole stay the staff were amazingly attentive – nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was beautiful, the restaurants and food superb. It was a much needed relaxing break – we couldn’t have wished for more.
Absolutely loved it !!!!

We had a fantastic time at the Ikos Dassia and the holiday more than lived up to our expectations. It is in a beautiful setting, it is comfortable and stylish, service was excellent and we had a wonderful relaxing time.

The hotel food, wines and service are all excellent. We preferred the sea building to the sky building. The standard rooms and bathrooms are very small. The adult only areas do not work well as they are limited and you are not completely isolated from children. This is not a good holiday if you want to avoid crying babies and screaming toddlers. The spa is excellent.

Excellent Luxury Hotel. Service First Class. All areas on the complex maintained to a very high class. The Restaurants were all of a very high standard super food cooked to perfection.We had a small hiccup on arrival the room we had booked was not available so we had to move after two nights which was inconvenient but the eventual room was an upgrade and great. Could recommend the Hotel although surrounding area in Dassia is a little run down.

Hotel is excellent nice location and friendly staff our room was disappointing but we were moved to a much nicer one, no twin beds though which was important for us
Altogether we would recommend and would like to return next year or try the new one on Kos.

Beautiful hotel with stunning views across the sea, some teething problems with service in some of the restaurants, to be expected in a newly opened hotel which I`m sure will be quickly rectified, the staff are very friendly & helpful and go that extra mile to please, hope to visit again soon.
