Very personal and pleasant interaction with Sheree and her colleague (sorry I didn’t catch her name). Quotes arrived when promised. Called for further quotes which again came through speedily. After discussion with Sheree about the holiday, I felt that everything had been covered and explained including the fact that the sunsets there were the best I would likely ever see!

Melissa was fantastic in helping us find our next family holiday. Responses were fast and professional, but also very friendly. She provided us with a few different options to help us make our decision. It is also helpful that she had already visited the resort we chose with her family which always is beneficial when going somewhere new, and offered to recommend and reserve some restaurants for us. Sherre is fantastic nothing too much trouble for her, I've used Travelbeam before their hotels are true luxury with great staff and glorious food. Ive no hesitation in using them again. She listened and answered all my questions re -assuming me throughout the booking process, more importantly I could always speak to her directly, no transferring me to other people first. Most importantly polite but never pushy, a really great "we can do that no problem" she spoke to the Hotel herself to arrange for our stay and found the most suitable flights for us.
