We have stayed at the Pine Cliffs, Algarve several time over many years. 1. We pay our bills on time and rarely make requests yet no one in the hotel even acknowledges our existence eg Never a welcome back. Always a where is your credit card. Never your room is on the xyz floor. Always go to the xyzzy floor. Your luggage will follow.
