Love it…

This was our 5th visit to the Hyatt Regency in Sharm el Sheikh and we still love it. This time we stayed in the Regency Club part of the hotel and could not fault the staff, the room or food. George who runs the Regency Club with his team was fantastic and we really wanted to take him home with us. The fish were still abundant and it was just a shame that so many tour boats flooded the area every afternoon as they could be rather noisy and intrusive. The satff made sure my husband always had his coffee at regular intervals on the beach and were always there with a towel for me as I shivered and dripped back after another lengthy snorkel.

We would recommend the hotel to anyone who wants a very relaxing time with the option of snorkeling and lazing on the beach or enjoying many of the lovely pool areas. The Hyatt is far enough away from Nama Bay to feel very secluded but you do get a good view of it`s lights from a distance at night (from a distance and at night is the best way to see Nama!). There are loads of great restaurants to choose from, without leaving the comfort of the hotel, from the Sala Thai to the many choices within the food Souk or the romantic pool side restaurant. Breakfasts are fantastic in the main cascades dining room, with omelette stations, pancake stations and a most amazing selection of breads and pastries I have ever seen.

We can`t wait to go back!
