Al Waha (The Oasis) is the most affordable and largest property in the complex. The resort comprises of a total of three different hotels. It resides in 124 acres of verdant landscaped grounds in a beautifully unspoiled mountainous region bordering a fabulous sandy beach.
This hotel has been designed so that several swimming pools form an oasis surrounded by numerous towering palm trees. Spacious rooms are decorated with traditional Omani artworks and also other Arabic pieces. The balconies in the rooms overlook the sparkling bay of Al Jissah, lush gardens or pool complex.
Ideal for families, children will love the two pools and splash pad play area designed just for them. in addition, the 500m lazy river is a fun way to get around and allows you to easily visit different parts of the resort. Children can enjoy all manner of activities in the comprehensive Kids’ Club. The club has an air conditioned indoor and outdoor play area. Additionally, they can take part in treasure hunts and Arabian arts and crafts. Older children will love the ‘Adventure Zone’ which is located in the authentic Omani Souk adjacent to the ‘Omani Heritage Village’ (a cultural centre where little ones can get close to authentic Arabian horses and camels).
One of the best features of Al Waha is the countless restaurants and bars you can enjoy. The resort have 20 restaurants serving a variety of local and international cuisine. The overflow of choices means there will be no disappointment. The restaurants set high standard dishes, including seafood, South American, and a surf Café. There is always a waiter on hand to assist you.
The excellent spa village focuses on traditional Chinese philosophies and includes a vitality hydro pool, a herbal steam room, tundra and tropical showers, an ice fountain and a relaxation area. In addition to a host of facilities, including tennis courts, Al Mazaar Souk, an outdoor amphitheatre and water sports. The Dive Centre offers PADI dive instruction and certification, as well as scuba-diving, snorkelling, dolphin and whale-watching trips and a marina with berthing for up to eighty boats and yachts.

Guests are invited to view the chefs as they prepare dishes with traditional Asian techniques. Savour the flavours of sweet, bitter, sour, salty and spicy through a menu featuring popular dishes such as dim sum, sushi & sashimi, noodles, Thai curry, satay and spring rolls.

GameZ (daily 12 noon - 10pm) offers family activities at the Al Mazaar Souk where all can play billiards, snooker, air hockey, electronic darts and video games. Babysitting is also available on request.

The highlights are the three drop slides providing fun for all, with the ultimate 6.5-metre Demon Drop slide. Open for children under 16 years. Children below the age of 4 are to be accompanied by a parent or babysitter.

Splashpad
