As we continuously monitor the global Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, the global tourism industry is still in challenging times, but many of the destinations and resorts that we all love are now open again and we would highly recommend that you call us for our guidance and advice on the most suitable holiday for you and your family.
Travelbeam was founded in 1992 and throughout the past three decades we have put customer service at the forefront of everything we do, we have never been the very cheapest option but in times such as these we hope that our clients appreciate that there is a benefit in choosing a business with core values such as ours and we sincerely thank you for your continued support.
Throughout this crisis we have remained open every day (albeit from our homes), answered every phone call, replied to every email, re-booked hundreds of holidays and refunded millions of pounds to our clients.
