Coronavirus (Covid-19) Update

International travel is now legal. However, there are some conditions in place for travellers returning from different destinations, known as the Traffic Light System.

The UK Government has stated that the Traffic Light status of each international destination will be reviewed every three weeks. The UK Government has decided not to give any advance notice of any changes to the entry requirements from different countries, therefore it is considered that all our holidays are operating as normal until the final review date prior to your departure date. After each announcement please bear with us as we need to take time to consider any changes that are made before we are able to contact you.

Our current policy for travel under the Traffic Light System is as follows, but is subject to change if the UK Government make changes to the scope of the system;

GREEN

If your destination is on the UK Government’s Green List – then you are legally permitted to travel.

You will be required to take a Covid-19 test before you return to the UK, complete a passenger locator form and book & pay for a day 2 Covid-19 test to be taken after arrival in England. In addition, please check the travel requirements for your destination country.

If you would prefer not to travel to a Green List destination we are currently permitting re-bookings, provided that all payments have been made on time (in accordance with our booking conditions).

AMBER

If your destination is on the UK Government's Amber List - then you are legally permitted to travel.

You will be required to take a Covid-19 test before you return to the UK, complete a passenger locator form and book & pay for a day 2 and a day 8 Covid-19 test to be taken after arrival in England, quarantine at home for 10 days (or 5 days with Test to Release). In addition, please check the travel requirements for your destination country.

If you would prefer not to travel to an Amber List destination we are currently permitting re-bookings, provided that all payments have been made on time (in accordance with our booking conditions).

RED

If your destination is on the UK Government's Red List - then you are legally permitted to travel, but we are strongly recommending that you only travel if absolutely necessary.

You will be required to take a Covid-19 test before you return to the UK, complete a passenger locator form and book & pay for a day 2 and a day 8 Covid-19 test to be taken after arrival in England, quarantine in a UK Government managed hotel for 10 days. In addition, please check the travel requirements for your destination country.

Holidays to Red List destinations will be cancelled 14 days prior to departure, unless we receive specific instructions from you that you wish to travel against our advice. Provided that all payments have been made on time (in accordance with our booking conditions) you will receive a refund within 14 days of travel. N.B. currently British Airways are only issuing Credit Vouchers for British Airways flights, therefore you will receive a British Airways credit voucher for the flight element of your booking and a cash refund for all other elements.
