Spacious rooms combine elegant design with a real feel of luxury. The hotel’s decor reflects the traditional architecture of an Italian villa with Roman columns, antique paintings, historical sculptures and cosy fireplaces. For extra privacy, the gorgeous Las Casitas of Villa Padierna is a self contained development featuring sophisticated villas and suites set within the heart of the resort.

The beautiful grounds boast a lovely pool area surrounded by tinkling fountains and Romanesque statues. Food here is divine from the laid-back La Loggia with its stunning terrace to the fine dining in La Veranda managed by Victor Taborde, colleague of 3 Michelin Star celebrity chef Martin Berasategui.

It is a golfer’s paradise with three superb 18-hole courses and a new American Golf Academy. Featuring eight tennis and paddle courts, The Villa Padierna Racquet Club is just five minutes' drive from the hotel. The 2,000m2 classical Thermae Spa by ESPA is sublime with a fantastic thermal circuit, offering 8 different steam baths and saunas and 12 treatment rooms.

In the summer, if you want to venture out there’s a five minute complimentary shuttle to a beach club. Also enjoy great shows and performances in the hotel's Roman Amphitheatre.

Rooms are divided into three different wings: Villa Padierna, Linares and Amphitheatre. All rooms in Linares have balconies or terraces. There are exclusive villas and suites in The Las Casitas area of the hotel - 3 One-Bedroom villas, 3 Two-Bedroom suites, 8 Two-Bedroom villas.

All guestrooms have two bathrobes and slippers, Frette linen, feather bed, fully stocked refreshment cabinet, sitting area, cable television.  Select rooms also have plasma TV, a digital in-room safe, three direct-dial telephones, individually controlled air-conditioning unit. The large Travertine bathrooms feature a separate toilet with bidet, separate rain shower, a hairdryer, a lighted make up mirror and scale.

Classic Room (34 m2)

Located in the Villa Padierna and Linares wings. Standard room with lovely views of the golf course, the gardens or the pool (No balcony) . This room can interconnect with a Junior Suite or Penthouse suite

Superior Room (40 m²)

Located in the Linares wing. Spacious rooms with lovely views of the golf course, the gardens, the Amphitheater or the pool. Balconies or terraces available in this category.

Deluxe Room (42 m² )

Located in the Linares and Amphitheater wings. Spacious rooms with lovely views of the golf course, the gardens or the pool. Select rooms have views of the Mediterranean Sea. This room can connect with Deluxe Suites only.

Junior Suite (44  m²)                                                                              

Located in all three wings. Large room with additional seating space, with lovely views of the golf course, the gardens, the Amphitheater or the pool. Select rooms have views of the Mediterranean Sea. No balconies or connectors available in this category.

Deluxe Suite (60 m²)

Located in the Villa Padierna and the Linares wings. Beautiful 1 bedroom Suite with sitting parlor separated by wooden door for added privacy, Expresso Coffee Machine, Penhaligon bathroom amenities, offering lovely views of the golf course, the gardens or the pool. Balconies are available on request. This room can connect with Deluxe guestrooms only. Includes one Thermal Spa Circuit per person per stay,

Penthouse Suite (60 m²)

Located in the Villa Padierna wing. Top floor Suites with private stair access only. Very unique boudoir-style décor with slanted ceilings and fabric wall-coverings, low floor level windows and upholstered walls. No Balconies available in this category but offers sunny inner courtyard. Very private. This room can interconnect with a Classic Room of similar décor. Includes one Thermal Spa Circuit per person per stay,

There are also three new 2-bedroom suites, such as the Opera Suite with its private terraces and pool, in the Ampitheatre area.

Las Casitas of Villa Padierna  -

Designed for the ultimate luxury experience, Las Casitas of Villa Padierna are a set of brand new and exclusive fourteen villas and suites, ranging up to 350 square metres, are located in the heart of Hotel Villa Padierna, Marbella. Each unit offers a sophisticated yet homely ambience, featuring a spacious living room with a fireplace, a kitchenette, a large terrace with private swimming pool and one or two bedrooms. Guests can also enjoy a selection of personalised services such as private butler and VIP lounge during the summer.

We thought that the hotel was average for the standard and cost. Whilst it was luxurious it seemed set up more for conferences and missed those special touches/care that make a holiday magical. Staff were not as friendly as other hotels we have stayed in with you and the breakfast was pretty poor. For that standard of hotel we expected freshly cooked eggs! That said, we went for a romantic no kids weekend and it did deliver on tranquility and rooms were well appointed. Golf and spa were above average. This is definitely not a hotel to take children to and it is a good drive from restaurants etc.

I have recently come back from staying at the Villa Padierna. It took about an hour to get to from Malaga. The directions provided by Travelbeam were excellent. I would recommend a hire car to properly explore the area. The hotel does charge 12 euros a night for parking however I never once had to go and get my car from the car park - it was always brought to the front of the hotel. From the moment I arrived the staff were faultless. They were very helpful and really friendly. The hotel is stunning. It has a charming ease about it. The fixtures and fittings were beautiful. I upgraded to a suite and it was worth every penny as I was traveling with my mum and 2 yr old. It was great to have a separate room and balcony for the evenings. The hotel were fantastic with my son. I never felt aware or bothered about being in such a smart hotel with my son - the staff fussed over him. The concierge were brilliant. They made suggestions for trips, local beaches, even a local supermarket. I commented that I felt I had been charged too much for my son's evening milk - 14 euros and they sorted it out for me straight away. I only used the spa swimming pool - it was beautiful. The grounds to the hotel were plush - I would love to return year after year. Many thanks Travelbeam. Stayed May 2010.

Already we are thinking of going back or having our daughter's wedding in the amphitheatre!! What a stunning place with excellent staff. We shall rtn!!
