This beautiful 500 acre resort (managed by Ritz Carlton) resides in lush Portuguese hills offering a haven of tranquility and a Mecca for sports enthusiasts.

Nature prevails at this peaceful retreat in Sintra, a designated World Heritage site. Thanks for the Hotel recommendation and making the bookings. The Hotel was excellent and so were the very helpful staff. We had a great time and enjoyed the envronment. We had a couple of negtaive points, for your information these were : 1. The kids club was far too expensive for what it offered ( €100 per child per day ) 2. The internet service was appaling I won't go into greater detail , but we made our comments to the hotel before we left and also poste don Tripadvisor. We would recommend the Hotel but with the above provisos. Anyway, thanks again and will contact you for our next outing.
