Customer rating:

Thank you for all your help in preparing my trip. Everything went smoothly ie private transfer etc both ways.We had to postpone due to the ash cloud but everything got moved with the minimum of fuss. The Hotel was fantastic. Food and ambience. The facilities were good ie Spa.The Staff were all very friendly and professional in their duties. Couple of minus points though. The Hotel is situated on a busy main road. Although once through the Reception you feel in a different world the road does cause a lot of noise at night. Our room was a side view suite and I think in the Brochure is should have a note like on the Cruise ships as side view obstructed. The side view was a bit misleading as it looked out onto another building not out to sea. However a good time was had.Thank you once again!
