Sylvia

The joker in the pack, Sylvia who ensures all our documentation and administration is nothing short of perfect, loves food and has visited Tenerife a record number of times. Sylvia also happily sells our worldwide destinations to our most long standing clients.

Melissa

Business Development Manager Melissa creates our brochures, newsletters and negotiates our competitive rates and exclusives with our portfolio of luxury hotels. She also sources the very best special offers there are available and keeps our website up-to-date with new exciting properties.

Kerry

Kerry is an integral member of our business travel/ VIP department. Her efficient and professional approach makes her a great asset to the team whilst her bubbly personality keeps everyone amused.

Jenny

Jenny is another one of our recent graduates, she joined the company in October 2010. Often described as the posh one of the group, she has quickly found her feet alongside Sylvia.

Paul

A big Liverpool fan (unfortunate being so close to Manchester), Paul joined the company in 2010 bringing a wealth of experience having previously worked for close competitors, he has achieved fantastic results since joining the Reservations team.

Amy

Loves to talk about her antics at the weekend, she is an integral part of the Reservations team. A recent graduate from Manchester Metropolitan University with a degree in Travel and Tourism, Amy is highly ambitious to succeed in the Travel industry.

Rachel

Our Head of Operations Rachel, who joins us with many years' experience in the travel industry, is responsible for managing all the day to day running of the company. Very efficient with an excellent eye for detail, she liases with our hotels, ensures staff are fully trained on all aspects of our portfolio and ensures customer service and presentation of the company is at its very highest.

Phil

A huge help to David, Phil is the gentleman of the office, a calming influence and has been with the company for 16 years. He has a real passion for flying and has recently completed his Commercial Pilot's Licence.

David

With over 20 years experience in the travel industry, David heads up the company, ensuring the whole business functions efficiently with his expert advice and direction.
