Travelbeam was founded in 1992 by David A.C. Barker.

In the early days the company traded as an independent high street travel agency providing an alternative to the tour-operator owned holiday shops. During the 1990s the company developed into a multi-branch high-street operation specialising in quality hotels and resorts.

Always staying one-step ahead of the game the company re-structured in 2003, moved away from trading on the high-street and launched a European Luxury Hotels tour operation.

Today, operating out of state of the art offices in a barn conversion in Cheshire, the company provides luxury holidays and hotel reservations to clients who want the best.
